All payments are processed via Shopify's payment gateway, which uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your information is protected.

I want you to be happy with your jewelry! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. I will work with you to determine if a return is necessary or if an exchange is what is needed.

Custom orders are not eligible for return, however if your custom order arrives damaged or is defective, please contact me and I will work with you to replace your item.

One-of-a-kind pieces typically ship in 1–3 days. Most other items are made-to-order and ship in 3–5 days. Custom items ship in 1–2 weeks.

I make every effort to ship pieces quickly so that you receive them as soon as possible. Due to high order volume during holiday times, the times noted above may vary. If you have questions about a particular item, please feel free to contact me to inquire. Custom and made-to-order items are noted in each listing.

Delivery times vary depending upon the shipping option chosen at checkout. First Class Mail in the U.S. typically takes between 3–5 days to reach its destination, Priority Mail 2–3 days and Priority Express Mail 1–2 days; each depends on delivery location. 

International delivery is typically 5–10 days, but can vary greatly depending on Customs processing times within each country.

Necklaces come standard with 18 inch chains unless otherwise noted in the descriptions. I am happy to add extenders or make the length you need. Simply send me a message or make a note in the 'note to seller' section at checkout.

Beaded or chain bracelets can be made longer or shorter to fit. Cuff bracelets can be made to a larger or smaller size upon request also.

Rings are made to size when purchased unless a specific size is noted in the listing description. Please remember to order 1/2 size larger than your true size on wide rings.
